Payments Policy
Available Payment Methods:

PAYMENT AT THE STORE: You can pay upon receipt of the products from our physical stores in Chania at Kladissos Bridge or Kounoupidiana village with cash up to the amount of €499. For amounts over €500 it is necessary to use a debit or credit card.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD / PREPAID: You can make your purchase online with a Credit or Debit card. All VISA and MASTERCARD cards are supported except for American Express and Diners. All transactions are carried out in a secure connection environment of the PIRAEUS bank.
ΝΟΤΕ: The issuance of receipts – invoices that will be paid by credit card, will necessarily be made using the cardholder’s details. Otherwise, the completion and dispatch of the order will not be possible.
CASH ON DELIVERY: If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged the costs of cash on delivery of €2. Cash on delivery applies to orders that do not exceed €500
IMPORTANT: Cash on delivery is only available with the Courrier shipping option, it is not available for shipments outside of Greece, and for heavy and bulky parcels. For Heavy and bulky parcels, you can pay for your order by bank deposit, credit and debit card. The shipment is made, after consultation with you, by a transport agency and you receive it at your door within 2-4 days depending on your area. In the event that the transport company is NOT able to deliver the package either due to a lack of communication or due to hard-to-reach areas, we will contact you to agree on the method of delivery from the offices of the transport company.

After depositing the amount of money corresponding to your order to one of the above bank accounts, you must send us a copy of the bank order by e-mail to info@brandoffers.gr, or by message on the company’s social media, adding the order number and your full name.
ATTENTION!
It is mandatory to accept the costs of both banks – if it is a transfer through another bank – AND mention the depositor’s name as well as the order number. Your order will be processed when the total amount is credited to our account. If the deposit is not made within 48 hours, the order is automatically canceled by the system!
Relevant Legislation:
1. According to Law N.4446/2016 article 69 § 2 “Tax items with a total value of five hundred (500) euros or more, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of the goods or services , exclusively using card payment means or other electronic means of payment, such as, but not limited to, bank transfer, payment through a payment account, use of an electronic wallet. Payment of these items in cash is not permitted. Therefore, orders with a value of more than 500 euros including taxes and other charges should be paid in the above ways.
2. In accordance with Law 3842 (Government Gazette 58A / 23.04.2010), we inform you that for retail purchases over 1,500 euros there is no possibility of payment in cash either in store or with Courier cash on delivery. Payment should be made either by credit card, bank deposit or personal bank check. In case of payment by personal bank transfer, the order will be sent/received after the amount of the check has been received.
